Central Executive Committee

ANTA Central Executive Committee (CEC) consists of Executive Officers, Members, Immediate Past President, and Chapter Presidents representing each affiliated Chapter. The Executive Committee formulates policies, plans, and implements the programs and activities to achieve the objectives of the Association. The CEC reviews any proposal and makes the final decision in this regard.

  • Tauleshwar P Chaudhary (President)

    Tauleshwar P Chaudhary, residing in Dublin, Ohio and originally from Kapilvastu, Nepal. He serves as Senior Data Analytics Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where he brings over a decade of expertise to his role. Mr. Chaudhary holds dual Master's degrees, specializing in Mathematics from TU, Nepal, and in Biostatistics from NCCU, USA.

    Passionate about education, Tauleshwar has taught mathematics at COSMOS College and other institutions in Kathmandu. As a committed member of ANTA, he previously served as General Secretary, demonstrating strong leadership and dedication to community service.

    Outside of work, Tauleshwar is actively involved with BHT Ohio, CONA, and Chase AsPIRE. In his free time, he delights in exploring new destinations with family and friends.

  • Dr. Mridula Gupta

    Dr. Mridula Gupta (Immediate Past President)

    Dr. Mridula Gupta is from Biratnagar, Nepal, and resides in Columbus, Ohio for the past 19 years. She completed her Masters and Ph.D. in the USA. She currently serves for the State of Ohio as an Environmental Specialist.

    She served as the president of ANTA serving in 2022-2024.

    As a Life Member of ANTA, she also served as an Advisor in ANTA for her 2020-2022 tenure. On a local level, she is an active member of the Columbus Ohio Nepali Association. She is an ardent supporter of culture and traditions. She has organized and hosted several cultural events like Dashain, Teej, Holi, annual picnics, and Holi for Columbus Nepali Community.

  • Dhruw K Jha

    Dhruw K Jha (Sr. Vice President)

    Dhruw Kumar Jha was born and raised in Janakpur, Nepal and currently residing in San Francisco Bay Area, CA. Mr. Jha completed his Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology from California Lutheran University. Currently, he is employed at Google Verily and also runs an IT company that specializes in training and placement.

    Dhruw has served as a Board Member for the Association of Nepalese in America (ANA) and the Jan Sampark Samiti of North America. His long-standing association with ANTA as California Chapter President (twice) in the past, and he is pleased to continue to serve once more.

  • Sunaina Chaudhary

    Sunaina Chaudhary (Vice President - International)

    Mrs. Sunaina Chaudhary, originally from Rajbiraj, Nepal, is a banker currently residing in Austin, TX. She earned her MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology. She grew up watching her father involved in community service and she draws her inspiration from her father to further follow his footsteps.

    A proud mother of a seven-year-old daughter, she cherishes creating lifelong memories with her family. In 2020-2021, she served as a Central Executive Committee member of ANTA, and she takes great pride in the organization's contributions to the community over the years.

  • Sunil Mishra

    Sunil Mishra (Vice President - National)

    Sunil Mishra, a life member of ANTA, brings a wealth of experiences to his life in East Brunswick, NJ. Originally from the Saptari (Baramajhiya) in Nepal, he has made the USA his home for the past decade. Sunil earned a computer science degree in Bangladesh, showcasing his early passion for technology, and later pursued an MBA in India, honing his business skills.

    His professional career has been largely shaped by roles at financial giants like Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. Currently, he leverages his expertise as a Vice President in Data Privacy & Protection at Bank of America.

    Beyond work, Sunil enjoys a well-rounded personal life, engaging in social activities, political discussions, and unwinding with games and walks.

  • Prabhat K Jha

    Prabhat K Jha (General Secretary)

    Prabhat Jha is ANTA’s Vice President (International). A native of Suga-4, Jaleshwar, Mahottari, he did his MBA from the University of Pune and received his MS in Data Science/Analytics at Northeastern University in 2019. He currently works at Cummins.

    Mr. Jha is passionate about social issues and brings a dynamic and frank view to the team and has been a solid supporter of ANTA. He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.

  • Santosh Sah (Treasurer)

    Santosh Sah, a native of Meghraul, Mahottari, Nepal, is a highly skilled accounting professional. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Harikhetan Multiple Campus Birgunj, Nepal, and furthered his education with a Master's degree in accounting from Rutgers University, USA.

    With a wealth of experience acquired from diverse roles in multiple CPA firms, Santosh currently serves as an auditor in a renowned Public Accounting firm. His expertise also extends to professional tax preparation, holding a valuable license in the field.

    Santosh's multifaceted skill set, academic background, and professional experience make him an asset in the realm of accounting, ensuring precision and compliance in financial matters.

  • Basant Chaudhary (Joint Secretary)

    Basant Chaudhary is from Kansas City, MO, USA. He is originally from Khutta Piparadhi-3, Mahottari, Nepal. He completed +2 from Dhanusha Science Campus, Nepal. He completed his Associate degree from Metropolitan Community College, Kansas City, MO, and currently pursuing his Mechanical Engineering.

  • Diwakar Jaiswal (Joint Treasurer)

    Diwakar Jaiswal (Joint Treasurer)

    Mr. Diwakar Jaiswal is from Kapilvastu, Nepal, staying in Morrisville, NC for the last 8 years. He is working as Sr. Business System Analyst in a Major Insurance company in the State of Florida. Mr. Jaiswal completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from India and moved to the US after completion.

    Mr. Jaiswal is a life Member of ANTA and currently serving as a Board Member. He is passionate about social causes, offers an unique perspective to the organization, and has persistently supported our organization ANTA.

  • Sushmita Mishra

    Sushmita Mishra (Spokesperson)

    Sushmita Mishra is originally from Kapilvastu, Nepal. She is currently residing in Dublin, Ohio with her parents and two brothers. She is a District Substitute Teacher for Dublin City Schools.

    Sushmita has been involved in the Nepali community as a leader and volunteer for a non-profit organization called Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh. She has learned the art of Sewa and given to the community to promote, preserve and protect our Nepali culture. She has been part of this journey since childhood.

    She is committed to be a part of ANTA as the Spokesperson and is excited to learn more about the Teraian Nepali culture by integrating and empowering every member of the community.

  • Ruby Dev (Chief Technology Officer)

    Mrs. Ruby Dev is a Software Engineer and currently living in Los Angeles, CA, originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. She has completed her B.Tech degree from NIT Rourkela and MBA from Bangalore. She also worked as HR Coordinator for Epsilon, India before coming to the US where she worked with the company’s CSR team in making a positive difference in community’s life through various outreach programs.

    She is a proud mom of a 2 year old and loves creating life-long memories and celebrating life with her. She has been representing ANTA as a CTO for over 3 years and is very proud of the work that ANTA has done over the years for the betterment of the community.

  • Shyamli K Sah

    Shyamli K. Sah (Board Member)

    Shyamli K. Sah is the President of the California Chapter. She is the first female chapter President in ANTA under the current Central Executive Committee.

    Mrs. Sah is a successful entrepreneur & a thorough businesswoman alongside her husband Mr. Pramod K Sah, and a loving mother of two daughters. Her association with ANTA goes back to early 2000 when ANTA was still in its infancy and she served as the Treasurer of the California Chapter. Since then, she has been active in the Bay area helping the community with socioeconomic well-being & advancement when there is a need.

  • Nasim Ansari (Board Member)

    Nasim Ansari (Board Member)

    Mr. Nasim Ansari is an ANTA’s life member and serves as a Board Member. He is an entrepreneur and currently living in Lexington, KY. He is originally from Kalaiya, Bara, Nepal. Mr. Ansari is very passionate about the community service we do and is involved with most of the ANTA activities.

  • Pratibha Karn (Board Member)

    Pratibha Karn (Board Member)

    Pratibha Karn was born and brought up in the ancient and sacred city of Janakpur Dham. She did her BCA from Kathmandu University and later moved to India for higher studies. She did MBA in finance from Pune University, where She was also awarded the best student of the year for both her academic years there. She has worked in organizations in various technological, finance and managerial positions.

    In personal life, she is a married and loving mother of a Son. Even after being away from Mithila, her values are deeply rooted in Maithili culture. She's determined to invest her time and efforts for the betterment of Mithila and spread the word about the great Maithili culture.

  • Neelam Yadav

    Neelam Yadav (Board Member)

    Born in Rajbiraj and raised in Hetauda, Nepal, Nilam Yadav has always been driven by her love for education, especially for girls in rural areas. She has a master's degree in math education from Tribhuvan University. She spent 7 years in the government schools of Makwanpur, teaching math in middle and high schools. These days, Nilam calls Columbus, Ohio home, where she is raising her young daughter with her husband. She continues to inspire the next generation young minds as a Pre-K teacher. She enjoys reading, traveling, and working with children, and is passionate about contributing to educational equity in Nepal.

  • Amiri Mochi

    Amiri Mochi (Board Members)

    Mr. Amiri Mochi hails from Siraha, Nepal, and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. He worked as a social mobilizer in the Dalit empowerment field in Nepal for four years before moving to the United States with his family in 2015. Since 2018, Mr. Mochi has been establishing his career in small business and working as a financial professional.

    Mr. Mochi leads the CWS organization as the international coordinator, where this organization formed about 10 countries ago. He holds degrees in Political Science and Management.

    Additionally, Mr. Mochi has made significant social contributions. He joined ANTA a few years ago and served as the Georgia Chapter president during the last tenure.
