Association of Nepali Teraian in America (ANTA) is proud to announce the grand success of its highly anticipated Annual General Meeting 2023 held on 10th June 2023 in Lexington, KY. The event brought together over hundreds enthusiastic participants who attended the meeting in person and through zoom call. There were participants from sixteen districts of Nepal present in the meeting. It was a significant moment to have our organization's esteemed founding members, former presidents, and advisors to grace their presence and share their views.  

The Annual General Meeting commenced with an inspiring inaugural ceremony, graced by the presence of distinguished guests Mr. Arbind Jha and Mr. Rajesh Shah, who are ANTA life members. The other guests included NRNA Treasurer Mr. Rajeev Shrestha and Mr. Thiralal Aryal, the President of ANKA (Association of Nepali in Kentucky America). All their presence added great honor to the occasion, reinforcing the significance of the event. 

ANTA presented with its key accomplishments to its audience that were achieved in the last 12 months. ANTA treasurer discussed its financials ensuring the transparency of our organization is continued. 

ANTA announced the initiation of “ANTA Educational ScholarshipProgram” to support the deserving and aspiring students of the Teraian community. The participating ANTA members and friends pledged a total of $3700/year for five years, totaling $18,500 for the scholarship fund.
