ANTA’s Past Activities
ANTA works for closer cooperation, networking, and strengthening ties among Madheshis in North America through financial stimulation and sharing of expertise. Whether it be by supporting promising young Madheshi students or furthering women's rights in the workplace, we are dedicated to the welfare of Nepali Madheshi people in America and beyond. We also promote the advancement of the Madheshi identity, linguistic and cultural heritage in North America. Through cultural programs directed to the younger generation and actively promoting the sports, skill development, and technology of Teraians, we are determined to keep Madheshi culture alive and well in North America. Below is the list of activities that ANTA has organized since its founding and before 2020. To view current activities, visit the 2020 Activities page. Also, visit ANTA’s projects and relief works.
