In the past few months, ANTA has organized various cultural activities across the United States. Our chapters in California, DC, Kansas-Missouri, Kentucky- Ohio, Mid-West, Greater New York, and Houston successfully hosted Holi (Festival of Colors), Jur Shital, etc. The entire Nepali community participated enthusiastically in these events. Some of our chapters organized cultural events in association with local or other national level Nepali organizations in line with the ANTA mission. On behalf of ANTA, Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh (ANTA president during the release of this publication) and past president Ratan Jha physically organized a program to distribute relief package and monetary support to the families of the deceased due to the devastation caused by Tornado in Bara and Parsa and to convey sympathy from ANTA family and friends. ANTA has proudly initiated new scholarship programs for high school graduates. Many more scholarships are in the offering.
